1. Refund Eligibility — Physical Products

We offer refunds for defective items only.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The product must be unused (except for the defect) and returned in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A replacement item or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the defect makes the product unusable.

2. Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable unless:

  • The file is corrupted
  • The download link is not delivered
  • You cannot access the product due to an error on our side

We will replace or re-issue access when possible.

3. Non-Defective Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Wrong size or color chosen
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Damage caused by the customer

All non-defective sales are final.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@righteus.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Description of defective item
  • Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days
  • Replacement items ship as soon as the faulty product is received
